due to recent members and drama
I'm going to be enforcing the "KINDNESS" rule
i expect all other mods to do so
it's our jobs as mods to make EVERY member feel welcomed, and i don't think they do.
I DO NOT CARE whether or not you like the member you treat them like you do.

this goes for the members as well
no more bashing or flaming if you have an issue with someone keep it to yourselves
that's what PMs are for or comments.

i want this guild to actually be a fun place and the nicer we are the more people will post.
there's nice ways to handle things and there's wrong ways.
i will warn anyone, even a mod especially since I'm close friends with them all.

this is not meant as a punishment or to draw attention or offense to anyone who's been doing this stuff
I'm just tired of it.

so follow this, or i'll warn and ban you after 3 warnings, NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE. and if it's out of control i'll add 2 warnings at once, or even insta-ban you
i could careless if you're about to kill yourself or you're having a hard time
we've all been through hard times and it's NO EXCUSE to take it out on anyone else. the members here are people too and deserve to be treated as such.

like i said if you have an issue with someone block them, or discuss it in a PM.
this guild is meant ot be a protection for these kids. i know the definition of "emo" changes and doesn't have a foundation. but we know what it's like to be pushed out of something and be hated. and i want this place to feel like a safe haven. YOU CAN JOKE AROUND AND IF THE PERSON DOESN'T UNDERSTAND...THEN THEY'RE IDIOTS
