I dont know, mainly because I have yet to see Planet Terror but I want to. I saw Death proof. It was okay but the beginning was confusing and there was way to much talking. It was like...Uh? is something actually goinng to happen or are we just going to sit here and listen to them talk about nothing? confused

The ending was epic though.

The ending rocked my socks. I count the hits everytime. lol

I really can't say. I haven't seen either. I came close with 30 Second Bunny Theater (pm me if you want to know more about them). But I think I would like Planet Terror better simply because it has zombies and I kind of like a decent zombie movie.
But my fiancee, who saw Grindhouse in the theaters, thought Death Proof was better.

ah tough both had meanings to me Death Proof had kurt russel killing girls in a muscle car while plant terror had Zombies in Texas they both made me happy so i say both of them where good
