I am finally working on Blackbull's New House (since I can now easily beat up Stone Golems) and I have collected all of the items except Blackbull's Deed to the Land. And I can NOT find it. I spent two hours hunting around Sleepywood and then another around Ellinia (just trying what hidden-street.net told me) and I haven't gotten it yet! My kill 999 tells me I have killed 738 so far and I have gotten none. What is going on? Is it just that rare?
HELP.
Note: Yes, I know it is a useless quest. But I started doing it and I have all the materials so right now I just need to finish it so I can get rid of those three slots back in my etc.
