Empress dee's lounge

This is a roleplay and not just some typical hangout area.

Hi! My name is empress dee and I have set up my lounge here. The initial section of this roleplay, like right now is to hire workers that will allow me to expand. All you will see right now is an empty bar counter with no drinks, no kitchen, no tables and only one chair.

It doesn't look like much, but... the more people there are in this, the bigger this lounge will grow. For it is a magical place.

As the "real disturbed one" enters, the room poofs out a chair and one drink is in the cabinet. Dee walked up to him and said, "May I help you, sir or are you to frightened of me? Am I really a monster?"

Dee noticed Jin and a second chair pops up and a second drink was added to the bar. She said, "Hello kind sir, may I be of service to you? It may not look like much now, but the more customers I get the better. This lounge responds to the needs and suggestions of others of what is needed in it."

Dee nodded. "Yes, I am. Do you have a profile I can look at? By the way, I am a big fan of wolves."  

[empress dee]

(Not yet, but I am going to do that now. Like I said this place is a magical place. It develops as others request things.)

Checking over the resume (The bolded stuff is the Profile skeleton for those who wish to work here), Dee said, "Okay, so... Your name is Jin. Your age is 21. You prefer to remain single. And, for your prefered job position you weren't sure."

She then posted up the hiring list of what was required.

She then asked, "So, Jin, what are you best at doing when it comes to hotel or restuarant business?"

Dee returning after a long holiday saw the fan mail. She then wrote back, "I plan on making this a really cool lounge, but I cannot do this solo. I had to go away on holidays to see if I could make this better. Signed Empress Dee".

She then sent each copy to the people who had been here before.

After that, she began to sweep up the dusty floor. She thought to herself, "It was a good thing I went on those holidays. I had learned sooo much about Lounge keeping. The first thing I must do is make sure that this place is spotless."

She swept for over 3 hours! When she was finished, the hardwood flooring literally sparkled as if it wasn't wood at all, but made of solid gold. Next, she went into her utility closet and took out a rag where she was going to begin polishing every table.

Again to herself she said, "Now, these tables have been so out of date, first I shall polish these and then see what I can do to make them look as fancy as the floor.

Using the same rag, and using a continuous rinse, Empress Dee made the tables look like they were made out of marble instead of what they were actually made of, which was plastic. That took her an additional 5 hours to do.

Then, Dee made herself something to eat and grabbed a soda from the refridgerator, had herself a meal, then she went back to clearing the dust and the age from the furniture.

She polished the booths next. Now, these booth seats were made of leather, but after 3 more hours, she had made them look more than what she actually had.

Once that was done, she went over to the cherrywood bar counter and gave it and those bar stools a good wiping. By the time she was done, which basically ended that day, the stools and the bar counters looked like they were made out of rubies!

The next morning, she resumed her cleaning of the lounge. She needed to repair the martial arts arena she had set up in the far right corner. When she finished, it looked like an offical gravity training center. Strong enough to keep Saiyans from busting it. Satisfied with that, which took 2 hours to do, she then went into first the men's public bathroom and polished the urinals so that they looked more than just porcelain.

She then made everything else look fancy too. All in all, it took her a total of a week to make it look brand new again.

She made the concert stage look even finer than before. She had repaired the elevators by hand, and she even inspected every hotel room that she had in there. All 75 floors of them. She cleaned out the swimming pool that was out on a deck, she had made sure that the morgue on the second top floor was respectable, not that anyone has died, but just in case something should happen. The morgue isn't actually a grave at all. When a person should suffer the effects of actual death, then when they are put in that room, they are transported to the Southtown University Hospital where highly qualified staff can save them easily enough.

Then there was a chapel on the 100th floor. And for the other rooms, they were actually hallways with Opal gateways in them to transport them to certain worlds in her galaxy. It was kind of a nifty way for the customers to experience something different. Those were on floors 76 to 98. Floor 99 was the Morgue and floor 100 the chapel.

All that was left was to get a good quality staff to know what they need to do. She was hoping to have people from some of her other worlds, like Planet Dragon Ball, or even the Hylian Empire to stop by. Heh, after all, this place was meant to satisfy them as well as others from all over the universe.

Even people in Enthera had access to this place. It was really neat!

Dee turned when she heard Jin's voice. "Well, admittance to lying is better than lying and then trying to act older than you are. But, I should give you a warning for lying on an application. What if that was something of a more serious nature, you lied, and you could not correct it? Like say if you were on Earth, which you aren't right now, but say you were and say you were in Las Vegas in the casino and you gambled, claiming you were 21 and you won something big. When they asked you for your real ID, do you have any clue as to what would happen? You would be thrown in jail. You better thank your lucky stars that this lounge isn't Vegas. And you are only allowed to serve sodas and food. No booze serving for you. Or, would you rather be a bellhop boy and take the guests's luggages up to their rooms when they reserve them?"

Dee smiled, "That's good. I would have accepted you at that age, but you would have to give me good reason. I am glad that you told me about this. So, I do have your first task all set here. Please advertise about this place. After all, I cannot run this alone and one person is not going to be enough to work here, as I am sure you know. Out of curiosity, before you go out and advertise for me... where in the Renaissance Galaxy is your family from? North, East, South or West?"
