well my two favorites are Godchild and Love Attack. Love Attack is just like a high school based manga and Godchild is well gorey, and mysterious.

Well, I don't read much manga but I'd have to say my favorite would be Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, .hack//G.U.+, and Vampire Knight.

Anime is a different story though....my top for that would be:
