need a new team my brother erased my file and now i got to start over and i cant pick wat pokemon should i use 4 the team, anyone who got any ideas 4 a pokemon sapphire team the reply

Starter: Mudkip, when fully evolved into Swampert it is a very powerful pokemon.

Swampert: Earthquake (level 52), Waterfall (HM), Surf (HM), Ice Beam (TM).
Ice beam deals with the weakness to grass, the rest are STAB moves.

Gardevoir: Calm Mind (Level 21 as Kirlira), Psychic (Level 26 as Kirlira), Thunderbolt (TM), Shadow Ball (TM),

Sableye: Night Shade (Level 9), Faint Attack (Level 29), Brick Break (TM), Confuse Ray/Mean Look (both by level up, take your pick).

Manetric: Spark (level 20 as Electrike), Bite (Level 39), Strength (HM), Roar (Level 31).

Skarmory: Steel Wing (Level 32), Air Cutter (Level 29), Spikes (Level 42), Toxic (TM),

Nintales: Flamethrower (Level 29 as vulpix), Confuse Ray (Level 21 as Vulpix), Will-o-Wisp (Level 17 as Vulpix), Roar(Level 9 as vulpix)/Hidden power (TM).
