Ha ha, I love that you threw out your own rating system!
I would give it a 2, because it wasn't the worst thing I've ever seen, but I really didn't like it. They had seven years to come up with a fitting continuation of the series, and that's what they came up with? It was very disappointing.

A 1...but I'm begin generous...We got drunk and dogged on it for like a half hour when we got home.
They could have turned that whole movie into one episode and then I wouldn't have had to pay nine dollars for a ticket and piss me off.lol
