Well, my opinion is that you need to think about your Pokemon's moves first...Think of their weaknesses and use the weaknesses of your own weaknesses to defeat the usually tough Pokemon. Take Empoleon for example...Doesn't know anything to save itself from an Electric-type Pokemon, does it? Teach it Earthquake or some other attack that you know is super effective against an Electric-type Pokemon. And it's your choice but I prefer to stay away from moves like Fire Blast, Thunder, and Hydro Pump because of their low accuracy. For moves to replace those, I teach my Pokemon Flamethrower, Thunderbolt, and Water Pulse. Never let your Pokemon have the same type of move in their attacks, for it makes it harder to defeat the enemy. Take a little bit of my advice and think about it, follow it if you want to and tell me if your team has improved at all...

for the Blaziken which is my fav i would say
drop Fire Blast and teach him fire punch (heartscale)
drop sky uppercut for brick break (TM)
drop cut for bulk up (TM or heartscale)
and either teach him aerial ace, earthquake, or hidden power (dark or ghost type attack) (TMS)
i got these ideas from krishnath, the leader sweatdrop

They are good ideas. ^^

@Les Hintiru: You are of course aware that at least your Arceus, and probably your Shaymin, Jirachi, and Darkrai are hacked, right?
