I would hate to battle a Wondertomb. (Spiritomb with Wonder Guard) I did see a way to hurt a Wondertomb on Youtube though. (I hope it's real) I saw that Fire Fang damaged the Wondertomb without a problem.

Probably due to burn.

The most efficient way to deal with wonderguard is to use indirect damage: Burn (Will-o-wisp), poison (Toxic), Confusion damage, Leech Seed, and the like.
If I ever end up battling something that has Wonderguard, and it isn't a Shedinja, then I will shut of the game, and tell the b*****d off.
