Hopefully this is for every EB Games, but when I went to buy something at EB Games/GameStop yesterday I saw a poster that said on 6/20-(I forget what the other date was, but there were two sets of dates) people can get a Deoxys for Diamond/Pearl.

It's also the 27th and yes you can get a Deoxys for D/P.
