It's horrible that they want to blame My Chemical Romance because the mother thought the music was depressing, she was dressing like them, she was harming her self because of MCR, and she was isolated into a certain crowd BECAUSE OF MCR.
No.
My Chemical romance even stated
"Who ever has taked our music to literally has something wrong with them." Not saying that there was something wrong with Hannah, but there seem to be a whole chapter we are missing with Hannah and her parents.
Just because something seems "EMO" or may or MAY NOT act "emo" doesn't mean they are or are the cause of of every suicide that happens in the world *cough OR IN LONDON cough*

From what I heard, from Yahoo news, that My Chemical Romance isn't to blame. They are sorry and they keep Hannah in there thoughts, but THEY even said that their goal to stear kids AWAY from suicide.
