I just had dinner, & my mom made this spaghetti typed thing with some sourdough bread.
I had some bread and thought it tasted weird, so my mom told me to go grab some butter from the fridge.

I got some, used it, ate it.
It looked a little.. odd, but whatever.

Then my mom took a look and told me not to eat it anymore.
I checked it out myself, and it said the expiration date was November 13, 2007.

She told me she just opened it, too.
Oh, well. It didn't taste bad.

sad Ew. I'm really paranoid about expired food - I'll check the date on everything, even if we just bought it yesterday.

Aw, that's not that old.
What I dislike is old cream cheese.
I once opened a small tub of strawberry cream cheese, around 1 year expired.
It was like a forest of green mold, I tell you!

7 months, 1 year, same difference. Dx

But, it was sealed for pretty much the whole time, so it wasn't bad.

A while ago I was making sandwiches and i didn't see the expiration date so I made 2 of them :3
Then when I started eating them they tasted funny so I checked the expiration date for the bread and it was expired for 3 months o-o I couldn't let food go to waste so I still ate 'em :}
