everyday (or as often as possible) i am going to track the food i eat, and my work out schedual.
my first goal by october 2008 is 170, which is about 40 pounds to lose. starting tomorrow, i must lose exactly 1.8 pounds a week to reach my goal, that is 157 days. my drive to lose weight has always been there, i hate being the 'fat' friend. but okay, i want to change. after the three or so years of always making fake diets, this time, i think i am ready to commit. and i figure the longer it takes to take off the weight, the longer it will be permanent. plus, i don't want to ******** up my skin more than i already have.

get more self confidence, because i really have none.
