i'm lexxi. pleased to meet you.
i'm really active and my story is kind of weird.
i'll keep it short though.

essentially, i got depressed and shot down to 98 pounds. this was an incredibly bad weight for my height of 5'4.5" .. i know. after the initial depression was over [it was justified, i swear it], i ate and ate and gained and gained. now i have about 10-12 pounds that i'd like to get off and keep off! so i'll work on it, yes yes.

i'm not going to post my weight, but don't worry, my goals are healthy or i wouldn't be in here. i'd love to support anyone that's willing, and i'll try to be active. i'm not going to count calories or anything, i'll just rate different aspects by grade: A, B, C, D, F.

goals:


sleep: 8-9 hours per night!

water: 8 glasses a day

food: moderate consumption
(south beach diet phase one)

exercise:
moderate exercise
(30-40 minutes per day &&
at least one of the 8-minutes)

weight: i'll post how many i have to go!

baddies: soda (my worst habit), candy, binge eating, sugary/fatty food.

goodies:
fresh veggies, lean meat, egg whites, etc.

feel: i'll post how i feel. it'll help me work out a good lifestyle-plan.

day 1: april 24

today's been ok. i didn't get much sleep last night though, which isn't any good.

sleep: 6
water: B
food: A (surprising!)
exercise: C
goal: 10# away

feel: i feel okay today. i need to start sleeping more though, so i think i'll take a nap now, and then do an 8-minute arm workout when i get up again. =)

wow i really like how you included youur sleep, thats an aspect of health that i over look a lot >.<
