Its good that you are working, out. 3nodding

But, not eatting a complete breakfast can really hurt you.
You should try for some protien, a fruit and a grain every morning (Such as two eggs, a piece of toast and a banana).
Remember that breakfast really is the most important meal of the day! It helps you gain energy to burn the fat! Plus the protien helps build lean muscle.

I know it can be hard to cook that stuff when you have school, or whatever, early in the morning. But it only takes a few min (about 3) to make a couple of scrambled eggs. Or you can cook hardboiled eggs the night before, throw them into the fridge, and then grab them to eat, on your way out.

Making a life change is all in baby steps ^^

Another good and quick thing is a cup of healthy cereal with a bit of milk or soymilk, and some fruit on top, like 1/2 a bannana or a handful of blueberries or strawberries is always tasty mmm.

I wish I had fruits.

I am going to get up earlier this time to make a few pieces of toast, I am contemplating on 1 or 2 pieces... with or with out butter or little butter

[I woke up late]

Small plate of pasta [it was tempting ; ;]
Cornbread square [only half, it was HUGE[

dinner;
Half a package of top ramen...
[the other half spilt into the sink ; . ;]

2 cookies
... milkshake ; ;





excersise;
1. 8min stretch
1. 8 min legs
1. 8 min buns
1. 8 min arms
1. 8 min abs

wow I felt it today :3 I am glad that I did it too, almost didn't do it for the night n.n;

and Cassandra thought I sounded funny breathing hard on the phone >.>
I know you are reading this.. n.n

note; Cassandra has been reading this and it's nice that she does so that she can remind me to make breakfast n.n

I was up till three in the morning and only got two and a half hours of sleep so I can barely keep my eyes open doing the work outs and typing this...

I'm glad that you are staying on track! ^^

Don't stress about the beach! You will look awesome, eventhough you haven't reached your goal yet. =]

Don't worry about what your body looks like, and just have fun!
