I'm always watching the infomercials XD. The program is designed so you never get used to the workouts. It creates muscle confusion,meaning a lot of soreness, and every week I guess you start on a new muscle group. So in like 90 days you should have gotten into shape. The program offers a diet too. I think the hardest part of the whole program though, is staying dedicated...which is pretty much the hardest thing for any workout.
