Don't stess it. Your weight can fluctuate around different times of the month as well as diffrent times in the day. I've lost and gained up to two pounds within an hour before without having ate or drank anything. Just keep working at it and you'll see results. It just takes a while sometimes.

I agree with lenady about the fluctuations, my weight fluctuates hugely during the day, so i always weigh myself at the same time of day each time. As long as you dont give up you will see results 3nodding
