I beleve one of the resons is they might have taken it away is because they looked up reveiws about it to see if its sutible for you to watch and stumbled upon the much darker, horifing, jaw dropping, eye exploding side of anime know as hentai (or mabey they just saw some of the bit more riska echi).
As for where to get you fix try either:
A.) The Library; yes they usualy have not so good a selection but its something,
B.) The Internet; places like Onemanga, Animeseed, and even Youtube provide manga and anime streaming so no need to download,
C.) Borrow from friends if any; Hell I got quite a bit of anime episodes stacked on my PSP I'd be happy to share.
Well i hope this helps if not talk to them and explain what your watching, even get reviews and ratings from the Web and explain that what your watching isnt something too, well ... you get it. Trust me they may not get it ( my dad is totaly lost when it comes to anime) but at leased you might get your anime back.

Or very early in the morning to do so like I do.. Hehe..

Firstly, why did they ban it? If they think it's causing you to get bad grades bargain with them to let you watch anime and read manga if you get good marks and when you get bad ones you can't. If they think it's taking up too much of your time and you don't socialise enough convince them that it's not by seeing your friends more often. Besides it's not really their choose. It's your time not theirs. But if they don't budge try to watch it at a friend’s house or go on the internet. Some good websites are Onemanga, It has hundreds of different manga and you're sure to find something you like, and crunchyroll and madman. They both have subtitles but it's better than nothing and the madman website has stuff that has only been released in Japan a week ago, which is great. I hope your parents decide to let you watch it.

Welp... you might not have ur parents on ur side...
but you have the internet and friends ^_^

I don't recommend it, but I flat out confront my parents...
I eliminate the idea that they get to control what they don't respect or listen to...

Aww . . . I'm sorry. :[

Try just talking to them about it.

How the hell can your parents taker away your anime or manga. xd And heck, even if they did, its your own fault for antagonizing them and not having a way to make their punishment (whatever is ussually threatened agaist you) ineffective. lol Having access to multiple computers, a tool set, spare door nobbs, a large capacity flash drive, the ability to affect an air of extreme indifference, and a friend's house to crash at should any fight get out of hand, work well for this purpose. twisted

You could always read manga online.
at onemanga.com
or mangafox.com
you could also watch it...there are alot of websites for anime.
but you should still try reasoning wit ur parents about it.

Try reasoning with them, like most have said, they are just cartoons!
Its just they are now different from the ones they've seen

If not, like most replies here, internet is thy friend x)..or stay for weeks at a friend's house and watch all the anime you want there

Make them watch Haibane Renmei. It's a 100% straight drama series which will definitely make them think anime is good.

Or if they're into terror flicks, make them watch Hell Girl ^^
