I'd have to say Matsumoto, as Rukia and Orihime are more of the cute type rather than hot. And Yoruichi is too cool and intimidating lol.

perhaps Yoruichi, and Hinamori (who hasn't shown up forever and has been forgotten) really though, not many girls in bleach i pay much attention to, but since you wanted responses pretty badly...

Yeah, like LucyOnee said, I'm not into girls, but if I were, I'd say Matsumuto or Yoruichi. Though Matsumuto is more cleavage than brains, so maybe Yoruichi's better. Who knows?
