Hmm... Normally I just try to get myself moving. I split the time between doing strength exercises (crunches, weights, push ups, etc.) and just dancing around my house. It sounds odd, but that's what works best for me. I just turn up my music if noone's home, or put some headphones on and really push myself for about 20-30 minutes. Aerobics tapes also work pretty good if you're stuck inside, but I don't really know of a good one to recommend at the moment. I sometimes climb stairs also, but that wears out my knees really fast.

Well I have an excercise bike, which i can use inside, but a cheaper alternative is to buy ankle and wrist weights and jsut wear them while doing house work, it makes you excert more effort to move around.

I live in Oklahoma, and we have had ice storms and snoww and blehhh ! Baha, But i usuallly just wear sweats and a T-shirt and go jogging around my whole neighborhood. It gets me rollin and i start to sweat and im not really that cold anymore. But, if you REALLY do not want to go out I suggest just turning up your ipod or radio and dancing around the house. Or, if you have a treadmill or exercise bike that would be good. Any of those would be good.

lol, 2 degrees! are you serious! put a jacket on and get out there! I went skiing it was -30 c at the bottom of the hill. The top was like -35 and that's not including windchill. I live in QC, Canada, if I didn't go out to workout everytime the temp dropped below zerro I'd spend half my life indoors.
There is NO SUCH THING, as bad weather, only bad clothing.
realizes you were talking fahrenheit, but I used a conversion site and it said 2 f is -16 c and -30c is -22 f

Keep in mind that when you're cold you burn more calories!
