It's time for a new contest everyone! And this one will be slightly different than the rest wink
We want you, the members, to design an official mascot for the guild, which we will use on the front page of the guild, and in various other places too.
The mascot can resemble anything you like..a demon, sorceror, anything you can think of. You can even make it wear Gaia items if you like. But it MUST be ORIGINAL. Versions of characters which already exist are not allowed.
All we ask is the following:
The mascot must personify the nature of the guild. This guild is a sanctuary for those of us who like the dark side of life. Yet the guild is a happy place, and we welcome people here gladly. We want to promote an alternative side to life, but yet also friendliness.
And it doesn't matter if you're not good at drawing, because we want you to vote on the best IDEA, the best DESIGN, much like the Gaia design an item contests.
Anyone can enter, Guild Mods, Captain and Vice Captains. The contest is open to everyone who is a member of the guild.
The judging will happen as follows:
----- When all the entries are submitted, you will have a week to vote on your favourite idea. Then, we will hold the second part of the contest, in which you can submit your drawings of the winning idea. The winner of the first part of the contest will then decide which drawing of his/her idea they like best, and this will be the winning mascot!!
So don't worry if you can't draw, we want you to enter anyway! Please make sure you present your ideas as clearly as possible, but please don't use Tektek. You can use photoshop, paint, or pen and pencil...whatever you like...and remember, it doesn't matter if you're drawing isn't great.
We may hold future contests based on the mascot in the future too, such as perhaps Name the Mascot etc. We'll also include him/her/it in banners and other guild artwork.
