Or more specifically, Berlin.
This may seem ever so unrelated, but apparently according to a survey, at least 82% of people surveyed in Germany answered yes to the question "Should homosexuality be accepted by society?" Also, the mayor of Berlin is gay.
I think I'd feel much more relaxed in myself if I did (I'm bi), and I'm enthusiastic about the German language and whatnot anyway. So my thoughts are that I'll continue with my intention to get a college degree in German anyway, as has been my plan regardless.
I intend to move away from Ireland when I can. (Terrible weather, chances of following a path I find fullfilling are pretty slim, useless tv and a really bizarre sense of discrimination against people of other nationalities and whatnot. Of course, this is half in jest.)

Does anyone else have plans?

Funny, 'cause I've always wanted to go to Ireland myself ♥

I've never been to Germany, but everyone I know who's vacationed or lived there loved it. I took a couple years of German. It's a pretty interesting language (long story about horrible teacher, though).

Maybe I'll move to Berlin someday, too... I already love German music, anyway!!! heart *metahorically hugs her Rammstein, Megaherz, E Nomine, and Eisbrecher songs*

If you do come over here, then I hope the weather isn't dire! XD Rainjackets are good.

Oh, I guess I'm lucky to have a really good teacher.

@ Lenre Li: I guess it is! It's almost odd how popular Tokio Hotel are in my school, though. O.o Must be the fact that there are English versions of the songs, too.

Let's make this Christmas...

I wanna live in San Fransisco for the following reasons:

*There are a lot of slopes. So walking around will make me lose weight without me noticing I'm actually doing work.
*The Japanese district. Bookstores, toystores, grocery stores. AWESOME.
*Baby, The Stars Shine Bright are opening a store there.
*California is stuffed full of Anime conventions and plenty of companies are based there
*YAOI-CON! >w<

Also, moving to America would be good for me. If I'm seen there, and if I can make a change there, odds are that other nations will follow.
...a real scream~

I live in the US... and I have to admit, the possibility of moving to someplace in Europe is growing stronger and stronger in me.

The US is getting a little scary... and I'm not sure I want to be here for when it collapses.

And besides, Germany kicks a**.

-Super liberal
-No speed limit on 54% of their freeways
-Good music
-Pretty!
-And it's close to like, all sorts of other cool European countries.
-Oh, and the Germans are good at basically everything they do. Seriously.

I was born in Germany.

Unless things have changed over there , Germans may be more "liberal" in that they allow women to go topless on a hot day (if I remember correctly) but they are "conservative" about things like not using up water too much.
Dad told me that when we lived there people kept getting on him and mom's case about how many showers we were taking. lol
