Some of these are seriously good romance animes^^
Kamichama Karin (slow but so cute whee )
Full moon wo sagashite (musical and romantic =])
Bokura ga ita (romance all the way through, but drawings are...kinda weird)
Mermaid Melody Pitchi Pitchi Pitch (kind of childish, but really really good romance, musical and really cute. The drawings are good too 3nodding )
Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne (magical and super cute romance. Same author as full moon. Seriously one of my favourites xd )
Vampire Knights (it's in progress, but SO GOOD!!!)
These are all i could think of right now, but they're all my favourites, except Bokura ga ita's not as favourable xp
