Does anyone know of any good how to's for making mud they could point me to? Tips would be greatly appreciated as well. I'm going to be using it for tanks and terrain, if that makes a difference. Thanks in advance.

One, there should help. Try sand and PVA glue, and then brown paint until it looks right. More glue to sand though, or else it'll look like a s**t flapjack.

I think in the SM section of the games workshop site there's a thing on painting mud and battle damage that might help you. I'd post the link, but for some reason the site's not working for me today.

I have some advice, but first I need to know, are you looking at doing actually textured mud, or just paint?
