Welllll, when I was about 11 (which was 12+ years ago), one of my friends got me real into Green Day's Insomniac album, which got us both real into Green Day. Which got me real into Rancid. Which got me real into Op Ivy. Which went on from there. And then, when Green Day's Nimrod came out, I was all about "King For A Day" ~ For me, it's just the amount of skill it takes to create an awesomely upbeat song using soo many instruments...that's just too awesome. What got me more into ska than punk was meeting my first love when I was about 16 ~ He was all punked out, but he was totally a trombone playing ska kid 4laughheart
