Does any one know where a lvl 40 Fighter should train?

Well, first of all, it depends on your stats, equips, and skills.

Now, this is just for regular-DEX Warriors, but you could always train on Teddies for awhile. Afterwards, you can train on Block Gollems.

But low/no-DEX Warriors could train on them before you, possibly now. Not only that, but Block Gollems are good until low-to-mid 50s, as done by Adzriel and her regular-DEX 1h Sword Page. She's rarely used an ATT Glove on her, and the only well-scrolled item she's used there was a Lionheart.

I would definitely recommend Ludi PQ. If you're finding that too difficult or can't get in, then try bloctopus on the 22nd and 23rd floors of the tower in Ludi, I think.
