It would help some if I knew its nature. But I'll see what I can do. ^^

You have several options available to you, here is a few:

If your special attack stat is higher than your attack stat, go with this:

Aura Sphere, Dark Pulse/Shadowball, Flash Cannon, Dragon Pulse,

If your attack is higher than your special attack, go with this:

Earthquake, Extremespeed/Sword Dance, Metal Claw, and Close Combat/Force Palm/Brick Break.

Anyway, this would be what I'd suggest... sweatdrop

Lucario
Focus Sash
Rock Slide/Earthquake
Close Combat
Shadow Claw/Extremespeed
Swords Dance

Jolly nature should put you past many threats, and the focus sash allows you to get in a swords dance and attempt a clean sweep. Stone Edge would work fine with it, Rock Slide was mentioned simply for accuracy and Earthquake for the odd Metagross.
The only thing that really messes with it is priority moves and high speed pokemon, which is why I also suggested Extremespeed. Although with Shadow Claw you would have the ability to hit most everything for at least neutral damage, which after a Swords Dance might be enough.

Jolly huh? Aren't you lucky? ^_^ I like my adamant ones, myself. But here's my favorite set--it's a bit of a novelty, and be really careful about your opponent having first strick moves like mach punch or quick attack.

Use agility or swords dance the first turn; hopefully your opponent will use a super effective move and bring him down to 1 hp. Then proceed to sweep with 400 power reversal. I like agility with this because in insures I get first move--but then my lucario's are usually adamant so they need the extra speed. Since yours is Jolly, it may be able to make better use of swords dance.

Shadow claw's there for ghost types that are immune to reversal, and endure's there in case your opponent does something weird like...I don't know...metal sound or something before using a super effective move. Some people do that because they expect focus sash.
