What do you think?
It's not really hard, just really time consuming.
Basically like this, get pokemon sprites, set em next to each other, determine base color secondary color etc, determine light normal dark's of that color, then slowly replace the colors. I think I've gotten pretty good at it, what do you guys think?

I think they're okay. Yeah, when I started spriting, all I could do was recolours, like you. xD I'm a lot better now though.
