Can someone please explain to me what a thank you letter is what you can do with it and how. I'm confused.

Thank You Letter's contain monthly collectibles.
So when you purchase a monthly collectible, you get this letter. You won't be able to open it until the 15th.. Which is when the items get released. :3
So until the 15th, the letters will actually be called, like, a 'sealed letter for Sept. 2007' or something.
