6/10. It's a bit random, and there isn't any color-co-ordination. Sorry, I rate somewhat harshly.

I'd give it a 6/10, but it'd go straight up to 7 or 8 if you lost the orange Halloween tube and replaced it with something that fits better. I like the water meat, so try to work with that. (Maybe some water wings on top of the coat?) Themes are cool. Just a jumble of expensive equipment that looks cool separately usually isn't so cool.
