So I took a health class this summer (Cause I have no hours to take it during the school year) and they said that you need to keep one meal the same everyday, and not have a TON of varity all the time. So I took that to heart, and started packing my lunch for school (In a pretty princess lunchbox)
So my question is: Is this a good idea? I totally don't mind eating the same thing everyday.
My lunch: Half a sandwich (12 grain bread, Skippy Natural Chunky peanutbutter and one of those little jam things... like the little jam things at Restrants... Don't ask why we have them) a small box of raisins, a light yougurt (100 cal) and Water with that peach tea stir in stuff (5 calories)
Does this sound good? What do you think about regularity?
