Any Gulf Coast Rude kids?
Okay.
I LOVE Ska.
So I'm trying to pick up the local scene in my town.
I'm pretty close with the State wide Local Scene.
Not so much with the Town.
We've [some of the band members and I] Started
DLS Records.
Are aim is to bring Ska to Lafayette Louisiana.
And to help our friends get promoted.
Right now we are just Starting but The first band to sign may be a close Friend in St. Petersburg Florida .

Kick a** man, I live in Texas, but couldn't really do much. If any of your bands ever do a show in Austin though I'll be there. By the way, Austin is a great city to get music going in, it dubs itself the live music capitol of the world, and on any given night there's probably at least 200 clubs playing good music. It's in the middle of Texas too, so it's not too far from Lafeyette (maybe an 8 hour drive, it's a good day's drive away but the music scene is worth it).

What? Yeah there's not much of a ska scene, but there's a bit of one, and any music can play in Austin.
