whould teens drive at night?>I wanna say "yes" as a general answer(otherwise how would they get any better), but then, the few will screw things up for the rest of us. If you're afraid of your kid driving at night, fracking go with them.--im not sure why the video mentions daylight savings, i think its fairly irrelevant to the topic; night is night regardless of DST--
