Lately I've been bloated, and have been craving more. A lot more. Like I would sneak into the fridge for extra snacks, that I knew I'm not supposed to be eating. But my mind keeps focusing on.
Usually when I have my period I can shut it up with some Cool whip. Now I'm just being thrown off track. gonk

Midol = GOD.
It takes the bloating away and helps curb cravings. x3 Or at least it curbed cravings for me.. it usually make me so hyper that all I wanna do is run around and clean or something. O-o.

Makes you wanna clean? I haven't cleaned in ages... next time that time of the month comes around, I'll remember to have my mom pick up some midol. Periods are so annoying crying .

One: When you're bloated, drink MORE water. It seems counterintuitive, but bloating is your body's way of hoarding when it's not getting enough. Drink more water, and the bloating will go away in a day or two.
Two: People do get odd cravings when menstruating. See if you can honor them in as harmless a way as possible. If you want sweets, go for a really sweet fruit, such as berries or watermelon. If you want salty, get some baked soy crisps instead of potato chips -- they've got about half the calories and WAY less fat. Sweet drink: Crystal Lite or diet soda rather than full-sugar soda.
Three: Weigh yourself when you're at your most bloated, and then again when the bloating goes away. You'll find that you're gaining up to five pounds of just water -- YOU aren't fat, the WATER is just heavy. It feels good to know that some of the extra weight you're carrying is not your fault!
Four: Midol controls some of the bloating, the cramping, and even some of the cravings. It is an amazing piece of medical science. Keep some with you at all times. Even if you don't need it, you probably know someone who does.
