I've been feeling furious because my family doesn't give a damn what I feel, and whenver I try to talk them my problems, things only get worse. I feel like I'm going to kill someone someday because my anger is feeling overwhelming. I don't want to do something I will regret, so can anyone give advice?

the only way to get rid of anger is not let it bug you if your family won't help, I'm sure your friends will. it jsut takes practice, it helps not caring yourself and i'm not saying to not care about yourself sorry if that was confusing

Take it out on something. Hard and fast. Beat the s**t out of a pillow until the stuffing flys. Or just kick a wall repeativly. Go do some damage to the world for all I care.
Or find a rather productive outlet. Like sports. Sports are good. Violence is love. Specially Rugby. Go with Rugby.

Hikaru Akumu Take it out on something. Hard and fast. Beat the s**t out of a pillow until the stuffing flys. Or just kick a wall repeativly. Go do some damage to the world for all I care. Or find a rather productive outlet. Like sports. Sports are good. Violence is love. Specially Rugby. Go with Rugby. Take it from someone with anger issues... that advice is the best.

DON'T BOTTLE IT UP! Scream with your head under water, kick the wall, rip up a tissue box, be violent towards inanimate objects, whatever. Please don't hurt yourself, though. That's not a great road to go down, take it from me.

Yes, don't bottle it up. It does terrible things to your mind. I suggest finding something oif interest that wears you out, like my brother whom plays with sticks. He practices swordfight since he took some sort of kendo lessons at school. Or music...I find that calms me down

I agree with Zhiege....dont bottle it up!! scream your head off with no one around, or cry until you turn bright red in the face. Trust me, emotions are best carried out on something.....crying works for me. heart 3nodding
