maplestory not working for me

maplestory's not working for me. has this happened to anyone else? it goes to the loading thing, but not to the opening page. any advice on what i should do?

i dont really udnerstand specifically wats happening, but if it doesnt load try restarting your comp. if that doesnt work, go to ur nexon folder (should be in My Computer, then Local Disk. It might even be in Program Files (whch is in local disk). Then click on Patcher. If taht doesnt work, uninstall maple and download it again.

Or it might be because of your Internet , well check it. Or maybe check your network connection, it could be, because whenever i click maple it says I need to reload it or something. Sometimes it does what u said, and I tried it. it works.
