I became one, because no other religion really suited me at all. I didn't want to believe in a fake god or gods and none of it seems real enough for me to belive in.
I became an Athiest because I always loved science. And as such, I'd like an explanation and reason to why some things happen. With god, gods, goddesses, idols, it was always magic. And that never flied with me. So I gave up god for a science book, and I've been happy ever since

right now id be all for god and christianity but something that is Suposed to bring peace and love Just bring war, hate, discrimination, bloodshed but if god was real why would he make himself know if he knew it was just going to cause war
