I made this chili after looking at several other recipes and realizing I didn't have all the ingredients for any one of them (I even saw one that included a beer.... mmm tasty!*rolls eyes*). On top of that I've had people tell me internet recipes don't usually taste good. So after taking stock of all the things I had in the house I threw this together and surprise surprise it's not half bad. Eat with saltines or gourmet crackers. Might be good over baked potatoes, I haven't tried it yet.

Ingredients:
1 lg. can of diced italian tomatoes
1 sm. can of corn
2 sm. cans of Kidney beans
2 sm. cans of condensed tomato soup
2 sm. cans of water (as per the tomato soup directions)
3/4 of an onion
4 celery stalks
1 yellow bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
Olive oil
2 tbsp. Garlic Powder
1 tbsp. Parsley flakes
1 tbsp. Black Pepper
4 tbsp. Chili Powder

Directions:
Dice Onion, celery stalks, yellow and green bell peppers. Saute them in olive oil with garlic.

In a separate pot, add condensed soup, water, corn, kidney beans, and tomatoes. When the sauted vegetables are ready. add to pot along with parsley, Black Pepper, and Chili powder. Stir until well mixed.

Let the chili simmer on med/low temperature for 30-45 minutes. Stir occasionally to avoid veggies settling on the bottom
