That's because she's literally the worst. Even Uncle Sanguine stays away from that.

If you are using the PC version install a non-essentials bat file so you can kill her once you've had your way with her. How?

Open notepad. Paste the following:

setessential 00013478 0 <---- This thing

that first chunk of words means what you are going to do
that number is the base ID for Delphine. Always use the base ID.
that last number is the variable that makes a npc essencial or not. set to 1 (one) it will make the NPC immortal; set to zero does the opposite

Save it and put it into the folder with the skyrim.exe file. make sure you name the file something easy to remember or something that makes sense/your preference.

Launch skyrim, load a file/save

press the '~' key on your keyboard. this brings up the console.

type bat 'the name you named the file' and then hit enter

delphine is now killable!

alternatively, you could just type the line of code you saved as a file directly into the console, but i figure you might have fun with this and want to list other npcs. be sure to use the base ID of the character, not the reference ID. you can get them off vrs. websites, and I am sure there is a text document floating around somewhere that you could execute in the game that sets all npcs to non-essential. Be sure to remember that if you set the variable after the base ID to 1 (one) that particular npc will be immortal.

I cannot believe all the people verbally attacking my poor sister.

Long story short, a teacher and her daughter held a graduation party involving alcohol and minors. Police busted it. The story is aired on the Louisville news, seen by everyone. My sister posts on Facebook that the law is the law and justice should be dealt. Note that she graduated with this girl.
Then everyone attacks her for being horrible merely because she agrees with the law and that teacher is a "good person who doesn't deserve this".

Even if you think drinking under the age of 21 is alright, there are laws and they have to be followed. (with the exception of banning gay marriage because that's just plain stupid and it's a law that needs to be broken!) Luckily, no one was killed and only 1 hospitalized for alcohol poisoning, but there is already a crusade to "Save the teacher!". From the law. Seriously.
Morons.

-facepalm-Id fire her after hearing this bit of news. Allowing minors to drink is something teachers last time I checked should prevent not allow.

Even worse someone actually had alcohol poising as a minor that's just wow -_-
I agree with your sister on this justice should be dealt there is pretty much no way around this she is going to be punished an deserved full force of whatever is given. I'm trying to think of more,but this story an the negativity towards your sister is just far to stupid.
