"Oh, so we do have advantages," Kyo said with a smile. "I guess that explains why we still exist. Nowadays we usually don't have so many life or death situations like most other animals."

Gikishou nodded. "Mostly our problem solving skills and opposable thumbs. I certainly hope that I'd survive." He said, watching the octopus move. "At least he/she doesn't have to face life or death anymore either."

"Yeah, the octopus is very fortunate," Kyo said, still watching the creature. "I hope the employees take good care of all the inhabitants here. Since there are so many tanks, it's pretty much important to make sure each individual is still alive."

Gikishou nodded. "They have a lot of hired help to feed them and such." "None of which seems so excited about animals as you GIkishou." Gikishou turned and smiled. "Hey, Kima-san." He said cheerily to a man in his thirties. "If you want, there's a slot ope for you during the summer and breaks, if you can answer one simple question: what do clownfish live in?" Gikishou chuckled. "An anemone, usually found in coral reefs." HE answered.

Kyo was a bit surprised to hear another voice. Turning around to the source, he saw middle-aged man who seemed to know Giki-san. Still, that didn't mean Kyo wasn't uncomfortable being around the new person.

The man nodded, smiling as his question was answered. Then he heard something and smiled apologetically, going to see what was wrong. Gikishou smiled and held Kyo's hand, nuzzling him lightly."You okay? He tends to just popup a lot."

"I'm fine. I'm only a little surprised, that's all," Kyo said, shivering a little. Even now he was still at least a little nervous. He had never liked being around strangers who suddenly walked into his life, even if those strangers were people that an aquaintance, or in this case a friend, knew.

Gikishou noticed the shiver and wrapped his arm around him, kissing his hair. "Is there anything you want to see next?" He asked Kyo, since he still wanted this to be fun for Kyo.

"I guess we can go see the penguins," Kyo answered, ceasing in his shivers. "I wonder what they do in the aquarium." There was no other creature on his mind to look go see anyway.

Gikishou smiled and walked with him to where 'arctic world' was, going past the leopard seals, and other arctic marine creatures until they came to the penguins, waddling cutely and diving into the water.

Kyo kept a small distance from the tank, not wanting to be pushed against the glass. The penguins seemed to be enjoying their exhibit, though it perhaps a little small compared to their natural home in the South Pole.

Gikishou smiled and watched with him, his arm still around him as they watched the penguins, one of which came over and looked at him curiously. Gikishou smiled and waved a little, to which it flapped it's wing a little.

Kyo stared at the penguin that had waddled over to and looked at them. A small smile decorated his face when it flapped its wing, as if it was an imitation of Giki-san's wave or perhaps a greeting response.

Gikishou smiled and noticed Kyo's smile. "Wave your hand." He whispered to him, knowing he'd be glad if the penguin did it for him too.

Kyo hesitantly lifted his hand and waved at the penguin, but he wasn't really expecting it to respond. For all he knew, it would just waddle back to its group or something.
