Im Jounin now and once I'm done training and doing a few Missions and hopefully get a Squad I am going for Anbu Captain next.

Just wait a little while.
The advancement credit system is pretty much in the bag...
If you really wanna get a move on ranking up; start doing some missions.
And-
Sannin, even though it means "Legendary Three Ninja", we consider it the final step in the generic rank line.
Kage is "one step above that", but it's still the same rank.
All it means is that you're the leader of your village.
