Cyrus the Elder Wrath of Ezekiel Best example of strict liabilty in tort law: Someone having a herd of tigers escape from their backyard and eat the children in the daycare next door. rofl I thought the best example was of someone leaving a massive bottle on their front lawn, when their friend got stuck in it, stepped in the toxic waste inside and turned into a snail. At least I think I'm remembering that right, I zoned out a bit during tort law. ninja That wouldn't be strict liability because the toxic waste didn't escape. That would be negligence. *I has midterm tomorrows* >_______>
