Well obviously if the petition is something retarded broken or one-sided (meaning it'll benefit 1-2 people) sure he'll trash it...
Or something else that has to deal with giving away digimon
ex. Free digimon on your birthday...
stuff that seems illogical won't even be considered. Common sense is a factor of course. If you're going to make a petition, make sure it's something that matters... ^^
Edit: and if multiple people are against it (ex.mods) then that gets it canceled as well.
But the general idea behind it is that:
-it makes sense
-you have the signatures to back it
