True. It is hard to find someone who has not killed an insect, either on purpose or by accident. I have killed many throughout my years, especially as a child and teenager.
These days I try to avoid it when possible by catching them and letting them outside when they are in my apartment or brushing them away from myself or my belongings if they are bothering me elsewhere.

False it depends on a per item basis as I find it ends up all coming from the same warehouse regardless of brand.
