Makaijin Showa Hayata Vampires in Makai change people into vampires by injecting a mutation virus through the fangs like poisonous snake... I was curious if I could turn people into my long-lived species since I'm part vampire. gonk

It's not a harmful virus/"disease", all it does is rewrite a person's DNA to turn him or her into a copy of the species that produced it. In this case, an extremely long-lived genetic superman or superwoman.
A much less painful method of reproduction.
