Like using it to get around during a battle.
You can't use the body flicker move in order to randomly increase your speed to make dramatic evades or attacks.
It takes a lot of preparation, and a reagent to hide your entrance and exit.

But Body Flicker is used in combat. To close distances for an attack or an escape. That is wwhat I have seen in the Naruto world.
