No one has cooked for me in years. I have been on my own for quite some time. Because I've been so involved with my work, I have fended for myself with quick fix meals or will order out on occasion. *finishes off his desert, and empties his glass of wine. Wipes his mouth and mustache again with his napkin. He then offers more wine to Psyzapp before he pours more into his own glass* Excellent meal, M'dear!

*He ponders about her question for a moment, and takes a sip of wine. He sets his glass down and looks at her beautiful blue eyes, wondering why himself. He rubs his hands slightly in nervousness* I ... I don't rightly know exactly. It has been such a long time since any woman has taken a liking to me. You are so beautiful and strong willed and I have felt an attraction to you for quite some time now. *His thoughts go to his past, a love long lost due to his actions. He looks down at his nervous hands* In my younger days, I've only loved one other ... she was not unlike you. I messed up because I couldn't handle her ways and I left her. I wish not to walk away from a chance at having love again. *He looks sadly into her eyes, searching for her reaction*

*she looks at him and sees she's clearly made him uncomfortable which wasn't what she was expecting. She starts to feel bad for even asking.* You know…many men find me to be quite frightening and don't really know how to handle me. I'm sorry I made you uncomfortable by asking. I tend to be quite direct in more ways than one. I guess I'm just not used to a man wanting to be around me because he may genuinely like me. sweatdrop

((Sorry about the delay here! I got stuck in a booty grab where the lag was so bad in it that I couldn't even move my avi! Seemed like I was stuck in that tank for like 5 minutes or more and couldn't even X out of the stupid window! gonk ))

You have every right to want to know. And I do like you for who you are, and then some. Your strength and directness with others is most appealing to me. I do not find you frightening at all ... well for the most part, at least. Heh heh ... *he laughs a little, still a bit nervous*

*she smiles at him and with this man she finds herself in very unfamiliar territory. Typically, she is extremely controlled and calculated…almost chilling due to having spent her life entertaining men for business purposes and for Big Paulie's agenda. Men of extreme power and wealth; men such as dignitaries and executives; dangerous men involved in unspeakable crimes; any gentleman Big Paulie wished to target or sway his way…to seduce them and to be in control. She has sold her very soul to get where she's gotten and to attain what she has. All of her past intimate relationships with men were nothing more than business. But with this man, she feels something and it frightens the living daylights out of her.

She stands up without saying a word, leans over his chair and kisses him very tenderly for what seems like an eternity.*
