to activate it hit L+R, make sure you have an empty spot in your party then go to the mine museum where you take the fossils and he'll give it to you, he wont be the lv 80 the event one is, he'll be at level 20
where i found this code they have a list to change the code to get every pkmn from 1-493 if you want the list pm me and i'll send it

you can try googling pokemon action replay codes and try to find some that work on the non english versions, dom, i found some for the europian versions if you live over there

Great. Bloody cold winters, freaking hot summers, deadly animals in the outback, redback spiders on your toilet seat. Massive beaches, enormous sharks, deadly jellyfish, great food. God damned flies, skinks in your garden and 'roaches in your house. And a crapload more of great stuff that I didn't mention.

I love rain! And cyco you forgot something, during christmas it's the hottest of summer so everyone's hot and bothered. But great food, everyone should come to the land down under. Also good music and lots of beer. And you only need to be 18 to drink.
