Urbandistionary is just that, urban. Look at their entries for 'wheeze'!

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=wheeze

Suffice to say, I have now penned and submitted by own.

Quote:
Usually a splendid, jolly good, topping or otherwise great plan, plot or idea. Typically one which happened between 1910 and 1950, as the word is beautifully antiquated. It is generally considered by non-UK types to be incomprehensible but perilously endearing or 'quaint' nonsense.

"I say, Tabitha, scrumping Farmer Jones' Grannies Delicious? What a wizard wheeze!"

"Oh-ho Jeremy! Spiking Her Majesty's tea like that! Top wheeze! Bally good show, what!"

"What's that? Jerry charging our trenches again? My, what a misjudged wheeze we'll prove THAT to be!"

I have to agree to a certain extent, although I actually prefer fresh ENGLISH strawberries...Not the watery ones from Spain or the largely tasteless USA fruits.

Eton Mess! (With English strawberries, of course.)

At university, I had it for dinner one day. Yes, a dessert can be used as a main course.

Doubly so when one mixes up a full four litres of the stuff.

*Iggy is pissed off with the ED again*

Actually, no; it's not he ED in general, it's Mr 172 IQ who has no clue. My God, arrogant teenagers think they know everything [unless you slap them in the face with something that they simply cannot deny].

Eh, the Tevatron's beam aborted 30 minutes into an eight hour shift. Since then I have had precious little to do. Bored, bored.

Yes, I think the fact that we seem to be short a few supergenius supervillains trying to take over the world is quite easily put down to the popularity of the pub quiz.

Or perhaps to every Brain there is a Pinky. Narf.
