Comments:
Argh, I need to get to the grocery store! I have hardly anything to eat at home besides breads and grains. I can't believe I had NO fruit today! X_X

lemon poppyseed muffin

puffins cereal w/ skim milk
a couple cookies

turkey burger with swiss cheese

i dont remember

Excersize:
swim practice... kinda

Comments:
Swim practice was pretty light today... short, cause we took the team and individual pictures today and it took a long time.

small mocha ice blended
wheat thins veggie chips

teriyaki chicken, broccoli, steamed rice

coconut popsicle

3 slices of pizza
too many breadsticks

I wrote down that if I keep my journal every day for 30 days I'll buy myself a scale. Scales aren't that expensive, do you think you could write out a similar deal and ask your mom about it?

173 lbs

Comments:
Aside from having too many desserts, I had a pretty good day. Everything else besides the desserts was healthy and the portions were small. biggrin I need to figure out a way to keep myself from going to the dessert table in the cafeteria. I eat lunch and dinner there every day, and it's buffet-style so you don't have to pay extra for dessert... and it's just so tempting! >_<

Oh yeah, and breakfast. I usually eat a good breakfast. I just overslept today. :[
